As of this past Monday, Eternal Sparkles has gone LIVE with our new look! We've completely revamped our site to make browsing and shopping an easy, fun experience. With all these exciting changes, we thought we'd take you through some of our newest shopping features.
- CATEGORIES - Our jewelry categories, beneath the logo banner, now include a hover-over drop down menu feature, allowing you to directly access our jewelry subcategories without the hassle of first clicking through to the main category.
- SHOP BY: CATEGORY - As an alternative route to navigating to our subcategories, you can still first click through to the main category and then use the "Shop by" sidebar, on the left hand side, to narrow the products shown to the subcategory you wish to browse.
- SHOP BY: PRICE - Also featured in the side bar is the Shop by Price feature. Broken down into $20 price increments, you can choose to only display products within a particular price range. No longer will you have to tempt yourself with items out of your budget!
- SHOP BY: METAL TYPE - If you're only looking to shop jewelry of a certain finish, the Shop by Metal Type feature allows you to do just that. Our drop down menu will display all the different metal types available in that category, omitting all other products that don't match.
- SHOP BY: STONE TYPE - Similar to our Shop by Metal Type, this feature lets you narrow down the items displayed by specific stone type whether it be Austrian Crystal, Pearl, or any of other other stones.
- SHOP BY: STONE CUT - This feature permits you to browse rings, earrings, or necklaces by stones of a particular cut. Visit our Gemstone Cuts page for an easy guide on stone cuts.
- SHOP BY: COLOR - To shop precise colors, use the Shop by Color category to narrow down the displayed products to jewelry of your specified color.
- SHOP BY: BIRTHSTONE - Perfect for customers buying birthday gifts, this allows you to search for jewelry based on birthstones. For a month by month guide to birthstones, check out our Birthstone Chart.
- ADD TO COMPARE - If you're undecided on which products to buy or are wondering about the differences between similar items, "Add to compare," found beneath each product picture or below "Add to Cart," lets you do a side by side comparison of multiple products. After choosing all the items you wish to compare, click the "Compare" button found on the right hand side bar, beneath "My Cart."
- COMMUNITY POLL - Located on the right hand side of our website, our Community Poll let's you voice your opinion on questions asked by us. A fun, new feature, we'll be taking your thoughts into consideration.
- CHAT - On the bottom right hand corner of every page is our "Click here to chat" box. For any questions, advice, or concerns you might want to discuss with one of our customer service representatives, this feature allows you to chat online in live time.
- RELATED PRODUCTS - After clicking through to a specific product page, you can view similar products to your current one by using our Related Products feature found on the left hand side bar, beneath Shop by Birthstone.
- RECENTLY VIEWED PRODUCTS - If you've accidentally navigated away from one product to another or if you just want to go back to a previous product, this feature allows you to easily find what you were just looking at. Located beneath "Related Products," this section displays the five most recently viewed items.
